  • I am enjoying my apprenticeship program and have enjoyed working with the team that I am assigned to

  • I feel that Siemens values me as an employee as they put time into training and will help in any areas that I my struggle with

  • I feel that the organization of the apprenticeship program could have been a little bit better due to there being levels of uncertainty about what is actually being done

  • I feel that my training provider provides adequate support should it be required

  • I feel that my employer provides adequate levels of support when it is needed and required

  • My salary meets my costs well and I have enough money to live on and to save, and to also use for social occasions

  • due to my position in the company there isn't a large portion of work related activities that I can go to outside of work however, I am aware of a voluntary scheme that Siemens runs in which you can volunteer for activities outside of work during work hours as Siemens gives time for volunteering related activities

  • Yes

  • Siemens is a good company to work for and they look after there employees


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens?
  • be relaxed when going through the interview and if a group based activity is presented to you, work in a cooperative manner with the others that are part of your interview group
