I feel that the organization of the apprenticeship program could have been a little bit better due to there being levels of uncertainty about what is actually being done
I feel that my training provider provides adequate support should it be required
I feel that my employer provides adequate levels of support when it is needed and required
My salary meets my costs well and I have enough money to live on and to save, and to also use for social occasions
due to my position in the company there isn't a large portion of work related activities that I can go to outside of work however, I am aware of a voluntary scheme that Siemens runs in which you can volunteer for activities outside of work during work hours as Siemens gives time for volunteering related activities
