yes, welding, turning, milling, fabrication, progress on to HNC level
its very good, the work if good and varied, and the people I work with are very good as well
I feel appreciated by my manager and training supervisor, as well as by my colleagues
it is very well organised and clear what steps and which order
I receive constant support in many forms and I also have regular reviews to track my progress
I receive lots of support from my employer, they regularly check on my progress and help me if needed
it is a very good salary that I am very happy with
yes there lots of opportunities outside of work, we also get volunteering days holidays each year
