Yes, throughout my apprenticeship I have obtained a HNC, Trailblazer & COMPEX, this is only naming a few.

A lot of working away from home meaning a lot of unpaid travel time but all expenses are paid for, but when you consider what you get out of the apprenticeship scheme it is worth it.

I feel like a valued member at the team on site, but sometimes I feel the academy do not see the workload of being on site.

The apprenticeship was not well set out, we did our COMPEX at the end of our second year, this should have been done nearer the end of the programme. There was also countless times i had flew down for courses and they hadn't actually been planned in.

The academy set out quarterly reviews to assess how you are doing but I feel this added more unwanted stress when coming up to deadlines at college. They could have been planned better to accommodate for this.

Support on site and from the academy during the past year has been nothing but exceptional, with COVID affecting our trailblazers, they have done there best to accommodate for our needs.

Very good wage for an apprentice, also great benefits (sharesave & pension scheme)
