  • It's good, although somewhat tedious sometimes with a lack of work.

  • I feel appreciated by team members although sometimes taken for granted by my line manager.

  • Well structure and we are well supported throughout the apprenticeship.

  • Follows what we do and regularly checks our work.

  • A lot from team members.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I had trouble in the 1st two years and had to work at the week ends as well to earn enough to live comfortably.

  • Yes as we do a lot of charity work and are all stem ambassadors

  • Yes

  • Becasue overall it's a good scheme with good training.

  • Be yourself, explain why you want to join and what you can bring to the company.
