my role is part PA work and part general admin. Looking after the art collection for my company
pressure time management and prioritising my workload
I enjoy my work and have a good relationship with my manager
My team is only myself and my manager so I know my role is valued which makes me feel valued.
It is a good balance
I know if I need support or advice my training advisor would be there
My team only consists of myself and my manager, occasionally it can feel like there is not a lot of support. But if I go to my manager he does talk through tasks with me
I have become a single parent so it is a bit of a struggle.
