I feel valued as an apprentice, however the future of apprentices after the apprenticeship has been uncertain at points.
The second year has no structure as such, it is on the job training.
A fair amount, they are there to answer any questions and give advice.
A fair amount though not directly.
Apprentice wage is liveable, however it can be a struggle at times for those who are renting and have bills to pay.
Not outside of work (meaning not to do with the job.) not to my knowledge however.
