My job role is to plan feasible plans from Secondary depots to M&S stores. The plan needs to be as efficient as possible, meeting KPI targets while also giving good customer service.
Yes I have learnt the use of Paragon, AS400, Microlise, Isotrak and have improved my Microsoft excel skills.
I have enjoyed working within a good team and for a good company like Gist.
I have received good recognition from my line manager and other managers which is always encouraging. I have also been offered support from people in HR and other teams to help improve my time at work.
