  • Apprentice, currently at Tyne Metropolitan College completing training. PEO’s with underpinning knowledge questions.

  • Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical and Fitting skills have all been developed and also learnt new skills in each department. It is very enjoyable.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The practical in the PEO’s is enjoyable along with the volunteering opportunities within the company.

  • Very Valued. We are invited to town hall meetings and other events within the company.

  • There are some confusions however all work and requirements are met.

  • As much as we need.

  • I think pay is generous.

  • Not very, however we do have volunteering opportunities and Christmas meals etc.

  • Good company to work for and the apprenticeship programme is good.

  • Be yourself and enjoy the course.
