I enjoy the culture in the company, it is quite laidback and you don't feel under pressure. The people are really nice and you can joke around and have banter with them.
I think that it can be easy to be overlooked in a large organisation.
The programme is really well structured you know years in advance what you will be doing and when
there is plenty of support available
There is lots of support if you reach out
you are underpaid as an apprentice if you were to leave you could easily command a salary 15k above your own
There are loads of different things to do and there are plenty of socials but can depend on the project and people you work with.
