i will be responsible for the safety of my team, as well as overcoming electrical engineering challenges, planning work and managing project.
Foundation degree, lots of internal qualifications, building life skills, e.g. time management, interpersonal skills, and life skills.
I am loving it.
i feel slightly valued by national grid. my position is respected but i feel people don't appreciate the difficulties of the work/work load, and so set some unrealistic targets.
