  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Technical Apprentice. Daily tasks include providing shop-floor assistance and problem solving initiatives, interacting with both contractors and other BAE Staff members at all levels. I am responsible for various things, ranging from holding weekly meetings with managers, interacting with shop floor, improving sections and areas of the business and having an active role overall. My projects include the update of the infrastructure of site wide roadways and pathways and also the installation of new fire exits.
