My job title is Flying Start 2 acting as an Associate 1 basically. I usually work on the simpler areas of the audit, like cash and audit of notes testing.
I have learnt and I am learning a lot when it comes to assurance. Furthermore I have developed my team work skills and I know how to manage my tasks and deadlines much better than before.
Moment of joy are rare but the programme is meaningful. PwC hast helped a lot with my adjustments needed for my disability, so my experience hasn't been the best.
I am definitely replaceable as almost everyone else in my workplace. I am valued as a person more than an employee
Very organised and structured with very few exceptions. From a university standpoint to the placements , there is a very good communication and organisation inbetween
Very little, especially for a person with a disability by me. Very bureaucratic structure for such matters with little willingness to help. Culture doesn't help either.

This year has been good as overtimes are being paid properly. Accommodation is provided, and is very good. Very satisfied
No, because of time limitations because of the workload. With a lot of effort though you can explore some
Yes
Comparatively it is a very good company to be a part of
Study their structure , know what they are doing as a company and try to ask for advise from currently working there
