You are given the same opportunities and responsibilities as those on the graduate scheme, and get almost immediate client contact. You get to work on a wide variety of jobs so no day is the same.
I have definitely developed as a person since I joined. Obviously I have learned the skills required for the job but I have also become a lot more confident.
There are some late nights, but as a whole the people I work with are very friendly and funny and I enjoy spending my time with them.
People I work for are often very appreciative and we also have the chance to win awards for good effort, eg amazon vouchers.
There is a set structure so everyone has the same sort of time frame and targets, though this can be altered by performance.
Tutors are always happy for you to talk to them.
When you have to revise the managers on your jobs will let you leave on time and study is always encouraged to come before work.
I am still living at home so I can save almos half my monthly pay and still have loads left to have fun with.
There are lots of charity events and events organised to promote the scheme. There are also sports clubs and other societies.

I have had a good time with lovely people and a lot of money for someone my age!
Just do your best and be friendly, once you get past the initial tests they mainly want to see that you can get along with clients and colleagues.
