i am a CNC machinist my job role is to complete tasks on an ecospeed machine
yes my engineering skills in programming and operating the above machine have been increased
i enjoy the programme i am undertaking and as i enjoy working with my team and broadening my engineering knopwledge
at bae systems i t hink apprentices are looked after extremely well and are always given support when needed
it is well organised i constantly meet my assessor and am contacted through email or the learning centre
i recieve all support that i need such as FE my assessor makes himself available if needed
my manager can be contacted or notified at any time with any problems or enquiries that i have
i beleive the salary is good at bae because i am capable to live of it at y age
yes there are several team challenges that you can join in on

it is fun and pays well
to not be nervous and give it their best shot
