Praise is handed out frequently by managers and colleagues. The company is always trying to get everyone involved in different activities.
The apprenticeship has been structured in Modules which is helpful but maybe a guide to how long should be spent on each module would be more helpful. I am encouraged to take the time I need to complete the programme which is good
