  • Customer Service Advisor Responding to customer queries over the phone and emails. Running reports and supporting the corporate customer's needs.

  • I have taken on the role as a telephony champion to which I have up skilled to the point where I have run training sessions. Participated in email and phone training to make sure I communicate to the customer in the correct way

  • I enjoy learning more about the business and working with my team. I have only just started the apprenticeship but so far I have been well supported and encouraged to do well

  • Praise is handed out frequently by managers and colleagues. The company is always trying to get everyone involved in different activities.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship has been structured in Modules which is helpful but maybe a guide to how long should be spent on each module would be more helpful. I am encouraged to take the time I need to complete the programme which is good

  • We are offered plenty of support when we need advice or guidance on something we are stuck on. Our coach has offered help when needed and continues to offer support

  • Everyone within the company is very supportive in us taking the time we need to complete the apprenticeship and offers support where needed.

  • The salary more than meets my costs.

  • There are plenty of opportunities outside of work which are available to anyone. When I wasn't working I played football
