I am an associate relationship manager looking after SME clients (small and medium business's) with a turnover of under £25 millions. I work specifically with the agricultural sector and service business accounts and support with the identification of new lending and business opportunities.
Built on my relationship management skills and interpersonal.
My programme provides me with the building blocks to take my next career steps. It differentiates me from my peers by actively driving my own development.
I feel valued due to being invested in and being given the time to complete my course.
Extremely well structured, I have monthly one to ones with my Tutor and exchange emails on a weekly basis.
My Tutor is always there to support me and will assist with any query I have or point me in the direction of where I could find this out.
My Manager has given me the accessibility of completing my coursework at home and provided equipment to do this i.e. laptop etc.
