  • I am an associate relationship manager looking after SME clients (small and medium business's) with a turnover of under £25 millions. I work specifically with the agricultural sector and service business accounts and support with the identification of new lending and business opportunities.

  • My programme provides me with the building blocks to take my next career steps. It differentiates me from my peers by actively driving my own development.

  • I feel valued due to being invested in and being given the time to complete my course.

  • Extremely well structured, I have monthly one to ones with my Tutor and exchange emails on a weekly basis.

  • My Tutor is always there to support me and will assist with any query I have or point me in the direction of where I could find this out.

  • My Manager has given me the accessibility of completing my coursework at home and provided equipment to do this i.e. laptop etc.
