I already work as a claims assessor for Lloyds banking group, so I will continue doing my day to day job role as normal and however I will have specific modules to do separately.

We haven't started yet, but we were supposed to start a while ago but this hasn't been done, so I wouldn't rate it very high as I think they may be thinking of scrapping the apprenticeship altogether.
Not a lot as I have only actually met her once.
A lot in my actual job role and a lot of that is development time to develop my career.

Its a great, friendly place to work with many opportunities to further your career and you get plenty development time to do it in both in and outside of work.
Have great customer service skills.
