  • I already work as a claims assessor for Lloyds banking group, so I will continue doing my day to day job role as normal and however I will have specific modules to do separately.

  • I like my work environment and the people who I work with.

  • We haven't started yet, but we were supposed to start a while ago but this hasn't been done, so I wouldn't rate it very high as I think they may be thinking of scrapping the apprenticeship altogether.

  • Not a lot as I have only actually met her once.

  • A lot in my actual job role and a lot of that is development time to develop my career.

  • Yes

  • Its a great, friendly place to work with many opportunities to further your career and you get plenty development time to do it in both in and outside of work.
