  • I never thing another way on my day to day work. I never ask for me a question which is give to me SVQ , also I get help with tutor and with my goals and new skills

  • I get development time and also I practice on home ; I learn Excel program and how to do calculation faster on Exel, I start speak on public witch one of skills need to be if you what to be a manager, also my English grow up so fast

  • Tutor time, I thing I so good that he help with goals and skills , also he help you to find a new opportunity to learn something else apart of your day to day work

  • I thing that is good to any young people, I feel that I will get a big prize that I have the apprenticeship inside my work

  • I thing most of people need to organise time to themselves to do apprenticeship, also tutor help to organise you program also concentrate on your goals and best option to complete the apprenticeship

  • A lot, I thing that most of best side on apprenticeship - is tutor( training person) . who 100% will be so helpful

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • All department I thing is busy, so it little bit hard to take a time to thing when you will be studding, but that where you can ask you manager to be support and give you few hours in week to do your task which is your ''homework'' after tutor meeting

  • I grade A, so we all the time thinking that we what more that we have now . but hope after apprenticeship which give me more opportunity to apply to higher job in bank

  • Middle of programme we get apprenticeship meeting name of that is Me unlimited. Which is so grateful and motivate your self which is I wanted to went again and again

  • enjoy your time with tutor because you will be don't have a lot , take all opportunity what you get, get more time for development time as much as you can , and not rush to say what you want to get after apprenticeship;
