My role is within IT Cyber Security Identity & Access Management which consists of me provisioning access to colleagues within the bank,
Unix Platform Commands and Shell Scripting Midrange Platform Training
My actual role is really good, however the apprenticeship run by firebrand is not well organised which is slowing down my progression with learning.
I feel very valued with LBG. The values and behaviours set in concrete by Lloyds are fantastic and really help with day to day work and communication.
Not well, this is due to the learning provider.
Very little support from firebrand
Full support from employer. They help with all queries I have.
Salary is fantastic compared to other apprenticeships.
Football events with work colleagues
Yes
LBG is a fantastic company to work for with fantastic career opportunities. The training provided is really extensive and will benefit me along my progression plan set in place.
Grab any opportunity they get even if it means putting yourself out of your comfort zone.
