1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My daily role consists of testing basic balances that appear in the financial statements such as Cash, Fixed Assets and Debtors.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I think my organisational skills have improved along with my ability to communicate with client effectively. As I'm currently studying towards a professional qualification my technical knowledge has developed too.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the programme very much, everybody of encountered within Deloitte have been very friendly and willing to help.

4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?

I feel valued by Deloitte as my efforts are often recognised and valued by whoever I'm working for, this is reflected within feedback forms. Also Deloitte are good at arranging social events so that I am able to develop my internal network.

It is very clear what I am going to achieve and when.

I receive a lot of support from my training provider, especially with the online materials.

Deloitte are very supportive and allow you things such as study leave to ensure we can do as well as we can in the exams.

Salary is pretty generous and allows me to support myself well.
