i work as a customer rep, my job involves takign a mixture of banking and online banking calls. which I love due to getting to help people with their accounts.
I have learnt alot of new skills, I have learned alot about my job role from the courses I have doen and with my own findings.
I love the programme, I love speaking the trainer about different thinsg. I love that it gets my brain working just to do different things.
I feel extremely valued, my manager works very well to ensure that. My senior manager makes sure we all feel valued, she rewards recognition when it is due.
its great, it provides me with plenty of self learning as well as getting to studfy for certain things. I have great support from all colleagues and my manager. lee the trainer is brilliant at helping me through everything.
