Cust service advisor, i handle calls from customers and help resolve their queriesa
have developed existing customer service sills and also learnt a lot of new facts about my organisation
My programme provides me with essential need to know knowlegde that has helped greatly in my day to day role. The advisor is very friendly and helpful and i really enjoy the programme
Very valued and feel like my contribution to my team is rewarded and appriciated
The programme is structured very well and the topics flow very well into each other so i am able to use skills learnt in 1 unit for the next one
Have had monthly visits and regular emails from my provider letting me know how i am progressing on the programme
My employer is very supportive and has provided ample time for me to work on my apprenticeship.
