Telephony banking consultant. Servicing of customer accounts. Opening andclosing accounts.
I have received an NVQ level 2 in Providing fiancial services and I am currently doing the level 3 as well as working towards the profesional banks certifican from chartered bankers institute
It was a really usefull prgorame. It helped me learn while working within in a great company which was a fantastic opportunity. And I am finding the next level very useful within my role as well
I receive regular feedback frommy managers. We also have recognistion schemes called retail stars and are sent E cards. Lloyds also has little touches. For eastetr we have all been given an easter egg.
The original apprenticeship was a very different structure. Sometimes it did feel like we didnt receive full information but the new apprenticeship is a lot more structured with time scales set out and regular contact withthe tutor
I find that the tutor is in regular contact and if there any issue we can contact them at any point. We are given regular time off the phones.
My employer is very supportive. If there are any problems they would work quickly to fix this.
My salary is avaerge it does meet my living needs mostly
We do vulunteering once a year as well as charity events regularly through work
