  • my role is to reg poa over customer accounts . this involves looking at legal documents to see if the attorney meets the criteria

  • since been on this course I think I am valued a lot more. I get approached more and my inputs are more valued

  • I have several work books that need to be completed at a reasonable time. I also receive regular meetings with my team coach to discus what's required

  • support is as much or as little as you need, the trainers are only a call or an email away to help

  • there is always improvement to salary yet with the training I think it will open new doors to better opportunities
