I have during a short secondment learnt some new skills, although still early days of the apprenticeship.
I have been having difficulty being able to take he time to complete the programme in the last few months so am finding it difficult.
I feel valued but am restricted by how the company read the 20% allowance to complete the programme.
I feel the set programme is built quite well, although af far as organising this is down to me to be able to complete the sections.
I do receive good support and am always aware if I need to speak to her I can for any issues or further clarity.
When I ask for time i am told I have 3 hours, although trying to take that within my sub group is difficult as they do not comprehend what I am doing.
