seeing customers to open accounts, banking and savings, insurance, Power of attorney and bereavements, phoning customers to help save them money and get out of debt
yes I have developed my speaking skills by being observed getting feedback and also learnt about more regulations and different types of banking and how relgion effects these
I love to learn more and I believe it will help me in my role.
I like working for lloyds and i believe they are a fair employer and want the best for staff
my programme is pretty well organised by learn direct but sometimes it is hard to get work done because im that busy
I get a lot of support form learn direct regular emails phone calls and meetings.
I get a bit of support from my employer when I ask for help
I can afford to enjoy things outside of necessary costs, so pretty well at the moment

Yes I would because its a fair employer that is decent pay and good holidays, I just think there is a lot of stress that comes with it.
take things on the chin, dont worry too much, try your best but dont stress
