Depending on what day it is i could be in the banking hall dealing with customers enquires or on the till cashing money
Yes countless new things about how the bank works and the varies amount of things that we do in the bank!(of which there are many)
I do enjoy my role and the actual day to day working in the bank becasue that is a good enviroment but
Feel very valued and i see what my role does to help the team and my managers and colleagues are always pushing eachother to do more. Also asking me what they can do for me so that i can improve and progress to the next role and also exceed in my current role
The apprenticeship scheme itself seems a little disjointed in terms of the poor communication from learndirect and the lack of knowledge from my managers about the scheme because i am the first person they have had on it.i feel like it could be improved.I dont really have a set out day where i can carry out my work and it all kind of seems like im just doing the work by reading up on it myself kind of blind if you will not knowing if that is what is required becasue of the strange relationship with learn direct
Not a whole lot has taken him a very long time to contact me after our initial meetings.
Alot of support in terms of my day to day role if ever i want to learn hpow to do a certain thing or if i make a msitake someone is always there to support me through the process of getting it right and teaching me the way to do things.
Could be better,i believe it should be a hell of a lot better considering the amount of work the CSAs do in branch. But it does cover the majorrity of my living and travelling costs with some extra cash spare aswell+
i have been introduced to many/any at this current time
