I work in the home insurance department as a new and existing business agent. I receive inbound calls and set up new or manage existing policies to fulfil customer needs.
The apprenticeship has helped me to consider the way the group functions and how to approach business challenges.
The programme has been enjoyable and the support from learn direct has been excellent. Most work towards it has been done in my own time because I have found it difficult to get time at work to perform the required actions.
Both the company and the management team value the employees. I feel appreciated in my role and have been provided with help when required.
There has been some issues with being given the time on the job but other than that the support from learn direct and their coordination with CII has been excellent.
My training provider [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been truly wonderful. She cares a great deal about helping the individual apprenticeship members and is always available by phone and email for help.
My manager has helped when needed however I have done most of the work at home and haven't asked for much employer assistance.
Pay is acceptable all things considered.
The team is very involved and they have many company invents.
Yes
They do care about their employees a lot more than other employers I have worked for.
I would tell them they are a good employer and to give them a chance.
