  • Its taught me more about my job as i am having to actually look sort of behind my role e.g how many holidays i get , what sick pay i should recieve, what service offers we have in place

  • i Failry enjoy it as it is something new to work on and gives me a goal to stride for

  • Alot as i feel it is a friendly envoroment and they are always checking to make sure i am okay and if there is any support i or anyone else may need.

  • It does feel quite rushed sometimes but i hace recently just started but it feels okay

  • I recieve alot of support as if i feel like i am struggling i can email her or even wait till i see her and i will get assisstance

  • I recieve massive support form everyone such as my manager, trainor and other colleagues
