Customer Advisor - solving customers queries, providing information on products or services
Its taught me more about my job as i am having to actually look sort of behind my role e.g how many holidays i get , what sick pay i should recieve, what service offers we have in place
i Failry enjoy it as it is something new to work on and gives me a goal to stride for
Alot as i feel it is a friendly envoroment and they are always checking to make sure i am okay and if there is any support i or anyone else may need.
It does feel quite rushed sometimes but i hace recently just started but it feels okay
I recieve alot of support as if i feel like i am struggling i can email her or even wait till i see her and i will get assisstance
I recieve massive support form everyone such as my manager, trainor and other colleagues
