FSU analysing payments to ensure they adhere to sanctions requirements of the UK/US/EU and following a process to ensure compliance within the team I am part of. This includes interactions from people within the floor who conduct several different roles and help the job run smoothly.
Yes I am qualified in sanctions and am currently studying towards business administration.
It's very enjoyable, the people are nice and the moral is high.
to some extent, most people know who you are there is a slight divide
quite well structured there is targets that should be met and they evolve to the needs of the team. the task are delegated and there is a clear flow structure of the floor.
once monthly support and email support when needed in regard to my apprenticeship and constant support within the role if needed.
Lots, there is always support system to ensure you operate a your very best.
It covers more than I need however the cost of city living and travel is rising and the wage wont always be viable.
yes there is lots of stuff to do and there is social clubs and charity events etc.

Because they are a good first employer and allow you to gain experience and act as a stepping stone onto bigger and better things.
think of situations as Lloyds interviews are creative and adaptive and aim to catch you off guard. Be the best you can be and tell the truth. The wait is long but well worth it the opportunities and qualifications you gain help you later on.
