Senior Analyst for MBNA, working within the Risk Department. Daily tasks include executing the DSG framework, reviewing strategy and risk appetite performance. Job role is varied and includes multiple stakeholders across the business.
Developing existing skills.
I enjoy the diversity of the group and applying theory to the role I do.
The investment that LBG are putting into my development makes me feel valued.
Not very. Consistency in lectures has been lacking and there have been some teething problems as we are only at the University 2 days per month. This makes it difficult to attend the supporting lectures they hold to support our learning and the library loan of 2 weeks is a particular problem.
There is a lot of support available only we don't get the opportunity to use it as it's all based at the University.
HR are in regular contact asking for feedback and have been quick to act on previous feedback. My manager supports me by reading my assignments and giving feedback.
I have had to meet some expenses such as text books and software but overall it is sufficient.
No. Any additional activities are held on 'non teaching days' and I am required to be in the office.
