Day-to-day the role involves working closely with other members of the team to ensure that larger pieces of work are completed. All of the work we do is to ensure that the rest of the company remains at a safe level for Cyber Security.
Everyday there is the opportunity to develop new skills thanks to the variety of work there is to do.
I very much enjoy the programme. There is a good environment within the office and all of my colleagues are easy to get along with and always willing to help.
I'm giving is always real work, never made up tasks. This makes me feel valued because I'm obviously trusted with that level of responsibility.
There is a well defined structure to the apprenticeship, however, there is also plenty of opportunity to change it to be able to experience work you feel may benefit you.
The training provider has been willing to provide support when issues have been raised.
The support received from my employer has always been impeccable. They have always ensured that substantial efforts were made to resolve issues.
There are plenty of opportunities to attend networking events for new starters, they're also number of career events throughout the year that you're able to get involved in.
