I assist business customers with any complex banking queries they have. I build relationships with my customers and make efforts to identify business needs.
Yes. I have increased my overall banking knowledge and specifically Commercial Banking knowledge. I have learned more about what it entails to run a business and the economy. I have also learned how to use new systems.
I really enjoy it. I really appreciate the flexibility I am given in order to complete my Apprenticeship along with my work. It is good to be back studying and learning new things, and even better that it is relevant to my job.
I feel valued.
Very well organised/structured. My assessor has adapted to the way I prefer to work.
I receive all the support I need.
I would prefer more support with my apprenticeship.
Unknown..
