  • I am a corporate strategy manager in MBNA (credit cards) that analyses business opportunities in the market. Working with all areas of the business to analyse and build out concrete analysis and business cases to initiate change to the organisation

  • On my degree apprenticeship I am learning different skills including macro environment studies such as PEST & SWOT as well as managerial skills understanding Customer relationships and stakeholder management

  • I enjoy taking time out of the diary to spend in class to learn our module objectives and then be set assignments to use academic skills as well as learning objectives to assess what I have learnt.

  • The business is supporting me through this qualification which is great and shows they want to develop its people

  • very well, I am studying a chartered management degree apprenticeship at Manchester metropolitan university. we have set days in the university each month with set lesson plans for each session.

  • the university are great at offering as much support as required and the right channels are there to contact student support, lecturers or course leaders.

  • My manager acts as my mentor and helps where required

  • everything is paid for by the company including travel to the university each month

  • it is an exciting time with the new strategic review having objectives to become more digitally focused internally and to our customers

  • Expand on experience, show willing and commitment, do your research and understand the business and its objectives, particularly the new 3 year strategic review
