  • I feel valued by manager and feel valued by the bank, bonus schemes building the best team help make me valued and that I performing to the level I should.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I believe my salary is fair and that I am paid well compared to other businesses and the hours that I work my travel costs are quite high but that is my own decision to commute that far.

  • Due to the distance I live from work it is difficult to get to company events and activities outside of work I do attend the gym and like to watch sport in my spare time.

  • Yes

  • Great place to work great benefits great working hours very friendly place to work with lost of families involved in the business has a very family feel to it


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • I had no issues with the interview process it would of been nice to be kept more up to date on what is happening with the process as at one stage I was on sure if I had been successful in passing the phone interview stage and accepted another role due to the uncertainty
