really enjoy the programme, the teams i have worked in are very positive in all the work i do and look to support at any chance
very valued, they have a value of a 'great place to work' and they do make sure that it is a great place to work
since starting the degree, the programme is not fully structured as some of us are now permanent, however where possible it is well organised.
they aim to make sure our training is linked and aimed to what we do at work so it works really well. they provide support if we are struggling.
if we require support they are great at making sure we receive it.
very well
some events and activities. would prefer a few more but understand that it is not always easy to do.
Yes
its a great, positive place to work that ensures that if you are enjoying an area they will guide and support you to enjoy your work. they are always available for support and understand that sometimes it can be hard to work with everyday work and university
be vocal about what you enjoy and AZ will make sure that you are given opportunities in those areas.
