  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • With being a mature student and coming from a part of the business I had 16 years knowledge of then the transition in terms of studying again was initially difficult however 6 months in and I've adjusted to it and have a set routine in place in terms of how I study and understand how I learn things i.e. more of a practical style therefore as the programme gives you the opportunity to learn in a practical way with going out with the surveyors then I've found this part really enjoyable and have been surprised with how much I've learnt during such a short period of time.

  • Very, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills and once qualified have a recognised and respected qualification. Lloyds have backed the programme 100% and in turn have placed a lot of trust on each of the apprentices and although it has taken me a bit of time to adjust from my previous role when I managed 40 plus colleagues, I'm really enjoying the role and I'm delighted to have been successful when having applied for the position last year.
