I work in a Project Support and Junior Project Manager role. Tasks in this role include: managing projects, which includes financial tracking, plan tracking, risk and issue logging. As well as this, I manage the Work Orders and work estimates for my team.
I have learnt a wealth of new skills including: communication, time and plan management, as well as skills specific to my job role. I am also studying towards a BSc Degree in Digital Technology Solutions.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme. It offers a broad range of skills to learn and opportunities to get involved with.
I feel extremely valued.
The programme is structured ensuring there is always opportunities, but allows you to tailor it to meet your needs and interests.

There are a lot of extra curricular activities to get involved with, which is made easier to get involved with based on the experience I have and with AstraZeneca being known and respected.
