On a day to day basis within the Analytics department, get approached to do different tasks and projects. Ultimately you learn alot throughout the time here and therefore it has been life changing choosing an apprenticeship like this one. My confidence, project management and time management skills have been enhanced dramatically. Throughout the time of the apprenticeship i was the point of contact globally for a particular product release, in which i was liasing with our product and engineering team in order to deliver client expectations. Also i have become Deputy team leader in which i look over the team, taking more ownership in terms of targets as well as liasing with other TL/Managers to make change happened. This has led to my ongoing passion for a future role within leadership

The programme was very enjoyable and don't regret choosing an apprenticeship rather than going to Uni. I feel that i have been faced with lots of opportunities in regards to post the apprenticeship and therefore i am greatful in regards to the full time job that i was offered.

Bloomberg provides the best level of support and guidance throughout the apprenticeship as well as the full time job. I have received so much extra time and free time which allows me to explore things and go into depth, to expand my own knowledge in which i am very greatful for

I think that the apprenticeship could be structured in a better format as i t always seemed as though they were clashing and therefore needed to postpone my development for Bloomberg while at the apprenticeship provider, and vice versa. I think it should be easier/more organised to plan the away days from the office so it does not limit growth

My apprenticeship training provider was very disorganised and therefore it was harder to complete the apprenticeship. Stepforwards was very manic and even the staff didn't know what was needed to pass the qualification. Everything was a rush when trying to complete the portfolio and was not an enjoyable experience at all.

I receive alot of support from my employer. Since the apprenticeship provider failed to take ownership of the qualification, i can honestly say that Bloomberg has done everything to support me and therefore am very greatfull to be offered a full time job at bloomberg ! It has been the best outcome after sitting the apprenticeship

The salary while being an apprentice is definately very low and i struggled. My travel costed 500 a month as i live in zone 6 and that would mean 50% of my wage would be gone instantly. Luckily i was living with parents and therefore didnt need to pay for food or anything extra, but i do think it should be raised

Yeah there are so many opportunities in which you can get involved in. We have something referred to as BOB events in which you are able to sign up for in which the aim is to help the community . I like that Bloomberg takes alot of pride in this as it really makes a difference.

Got a full time job out of it so very fortunate and happy with the outcome. Of course i worked so hard in regards to this throughout the apprenticeship but i have ended up in the same position as a graduate would so very happy with the outcome, do not regret anything !

Be yourself, try your hardest even when you think it is tough and you will achieve miracles. Literally never underestimate yourself and you will be able to reach the goals in which you set. Have had alot of ups and downs in terms of exams, but very happy and totally satisfied with outcome
