  • Supplier Manager: I am accountable for 12 strategic vendors ensuring all vendors risks are understood and remediated, this requires adherence to all UK Laws and Regulations and adherence to all internal policies.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Developed new skills: Using Pod Cast/ meeting new people from different backgrounds. Going back over academic theories studies some years ago however appreciating how business has changed over recent years.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the course however there have been some hiccups: Marking of assessments and incorrect scores, lack of feedback to help increase scores.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Lloyds Banking Group?
  • We are doing the degree through MBNA / LBG and I do appreciate the endorsement however there is still uncertainty surrounding roles given the acquisition of MBNA.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There have been lots of feedback provided to MMU in regards to our first few modules which hasn't been a great experience. We are continue to have technology issues when using work laptops.

  • MMU are trying to understand our requirements, however given we are the 2nd year on this course there are improvements that should be / need to be made.

  • My immediate manager is very supportive.

  • I am very happy with my salary and benefits package.

  • It is a large company with lots of opportunities for hard working employees.

  • To understand the Group and the size of the company, recognising the challenges and opportunities this may present.
