My role is to de bone trim seem all part of a pig to specific specification for our clients
Yeah currently i have learned fhe manual handling skills. How to break down a pig shoulder, leg and also how to do bellies and ribs
To be completely honest it's the best job I've had as a whole package
I do feel this is an area of improvement by some of the staff
Again area of improvement, more due to facilities than anything
Tremendous amount by both have no worries at all

Yeah as I'm currently doing an ambassador course for tulips at the moment, which as help me gained further qualifications

I believe it offers a career for life if u want it.
