Currently I am working in MAP however I am usually placed in the sales. Often I help out the sales people in their campaigns as well as attending various meetings
I have developed my time management and organisation. I have learn skills such as first aid and PPE training.
So far the program has been enjoyable. Tem culture can vary with some being very open while others having very tight knit groups.
Depending on what I am doing it depends. With some tasks in sales I did feel valued as the work I was completing was going directly to a campaign while in my current role I feel less valued as the work that I am doing does not have a discernible impact.
In general the programme runs well however it took six months for me to get an NVQ assesor
The support at Leonardo is good
As I had to relocate I am receiving a relocation allowence
As I have had to move from Cumbria for the role, my outgoings are generally higher than other apprentices. If it was not for the fact that my parents cover the costs of my car/car insurance I would not be able to continue my role at Leonardo due to high living costs.
I am a member of a gym and rowing club as well as taking part in numerous team events.
Yes
Good apprenticeship scheme and company benefits.
Make sure that you can afford to live on the salary provided. Don't expect to know everything when you join.
