I have learnt new skills and developed existing skills
The programme itself could improve in some respects, but i love my job.
I feel like a valued member of the team most of the time
The programme could be a lot more structured which would make the apparenticeship easier to complete.
The training provider (college) could be a lot more supportive in some ways but in others they were good
Employer support is fare and good
