I have enjoyed my experience so far as it is what I have wanted to do and have gotten a lot out of it
I feel like a valued member of the team, as if I have been here for longer.
I would like to have had a better idea of the learning side a lot sooner that I actually did.
We have contact if I have any issues and we always go through everything I have done and talk through what I have struggled with.
I have regular meetings with my line manager so they understand what’s targets are and what support I may need.
No problem with this at all.
Not that I know of.
Yes
Because I have had a positive experience and you get a lot out of it.
Make sure you set time to do your module work and set days with your line manager.
