My job role is apprentice butcher and in my job role I learn to De-bone and cut a pork primal into products.
I have learnt many new knife skills and have better communication skills because of this apprenticeship.
I am really enjoyibg ever minute of it because everyone is always there to offer support.
They always treat me like a member of the team and treat me as an equal.
It is organised really well haven't been any problems regarding practical or written work.
My training provider is always on hand to support me and always helps me when I need it.
My employer is very supportive and understands personal problems and helps as much as possible.
My salary/package meets my costs perfectly and I always have spare money at the end of the week.
There are a few opportunities to go out after work hours and have a good time.
