I work in Phone Banking, dealing with current accounts over the phone on a daily basis.
I have learnt what is involved when a customer raises a debit card dispute. I have learnt what our Debit Card Disputes team do when investigating transactions on a customer's account that they are somewhat unaware of.
I enjoy the programme very much and I have learnt about other aspects of the business as a result of taking part in the Apprenticeship Scheme.
I feel very valued by Lloyds Banking Group
My programme is very well organised and structured. I am given help and assistance whenever I need it and am given time off the phones each week in order to complete my studies.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider and have now had a couple of site visits from my Coach and have she is in regular contact with me via email.
I receive support from my employer and I am given regular time off the phone each week to complete my studies.
There are no costs involved for myself.
There are many opportunites outside of work.
Yes
I am unable to click on yes or no above, but my answer is Yes. I love working at Lloyds. It is a reputable bank and I am very happy here. There are also lots of employee benefits, such as colleague offers, the salary is good, there are other benefits too, such as flex, Sharematch, etc.
I would really recommend applying to work for Lloyds, but be prepared to accept change and be flexible.
