I deal with non-fault motor claims, I speak with customers daily and third party insurers daily.
Yes I have learnt a lot about how claims work and how insurance works.
I very much enjoy the job, I would like to continue working here after the apprenticeship ends.
Very, we are treated like the other employees here and I think the benefits of working for the company are also great.
I think it is organised, we have requested for out tutor to come in more to help us revise for the CII exam as we do struggle with this.
When the tutor is in, she is very helpful in training us and making sure we all understand.
Both the team leaders in the department are very supportive and will stop what they are doing and go out of their way to help us when revising. Other members of the department are always happy to help with on the job work too.
I think the salary is very good for an apprenticeship and it makes us feel a lot more like the other employees as we do the same work as everyone else with revision on top.
We are invited to all the other company events like the other employees
Yes
I think the company respects and appreciates their employees a lot.
To do research on the company before, and to look at the DLG website beforehand as they have very useful tips for applying.
