My job title: Lift repair engineer, daily task consists of carrying out minor and major repairs. Minor repairs can be work such as changing rollers on doors and changing door shoes. On the other hand major repairs consist of a complete refurb, such as new gearbox,rewire and car reline.
My skills have developed in the electrical factor, they have improved by understanding diagrams and understanding how components fucntion.
I enjoy everything about the programme, it's enjoyable as im keen to learn, and looking to develop futher.

Yes
They look after there staff and its a good job to get into. There is a high ladder to climb in terms of progress to what you want to achieve.
Be yourself, ask others to help learn and develop as far as you can.
