My role is a customer service assistant and it requires me to do cashiering, dealing with enquiries and doing end of day work for example working with the immediate deposit till (IDM)

I have gained a lot of product knowledges for example savings accounts, current accounts we provide with the packaged deal.

Yes
It's a good bank to work in and it has lots of opportunities you can do in the future.
Good luck but if your doing apprentice make sure to ask for the time off from your manager to do your workbook.
