Deputy manager - general day to day running of the business, both back or house and front of house
Many new skills learned, many from my tutor who was brilliant in every way
I enjoyed the work books the most, as it gave me time to research and evaluate different questions, being able to put my own spin on them and put the questions into practise
Greene king look after you when it comes to learning and development. They push you to be a better version of yourself and want you to develop to become the next generation of Greene king managers
Greatly organised, my tutor was always able to work around me and my work even though I would have to swap and cancel a lot. The programme brought all aspects of what we do as a business into a greater learning form
My training provider was brilliant. Always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions and great with me and working around my day to day work load
From an in house point of view, support wasn’t given, but from a BDM and head office point of view they push you to complete course and carry on studying
All materials were sourced by employer
I haven’t looked at any opportunity outside of work, as I am about to start my next apprenticeship with Greene king
Yes
So many benifits for all employees, great working times, social aspect
Ensure you are able to push yourself to the limits. There is plenty of recognition for people who show they are willing to work hard
